In order to parse XML files into a memory object, I have been studying the Apple XML parser. It converts a XML document to a hierarchical tree based structure. It turns out there is a general way to determine the location of one node in a tree structure. The level and the index. The level is a number indicating a node's nesting level in the document hierarchy. The index is a base number indicating a node's relative position to its nodes. The old model of China-US relationship is officially broken. It is described as follows:

China manufactures cheap products by sabotaging its environment and using its low cost labour. China Then export them to the United States. The United States and purchases them and Americas enjoy using cheap products. China has to maintain a good relationship with the United States because Americans are the top buyers of its exported products. In one word, China need to resolve hundreds of millions people's employment issue otherwise the society is going to riot. To be able to entitle the cheap manufacture position, China has to use a fixed exchange rate policy which means to manipulate the exchange rate and keep the domestic currency a low value. To achieve that, China has to purchase more America debts or bonds by printing more money which leads a increase of inflation. Years after years, China has purchased nearly 700 billion US treasures and now has become the biggest lender in the world. The ecological circle is:

+ China has to buy America's debts in order to not let RMB appreciate. Otherwise the 700 billion US dollar debts will depreciate and China will lose the cheap manufacture title and there are going to be less potential buyers. To manipulate the exchange rate, China has to buy more. Furthermore China needs America to get is economy back to track as soon as possible so that it can get the powerful buyer back who is the primary job creator in China.

+ To recover its economy, the US has to borrow money from China because it's banking system has so much bad business waiting for bailout. America has to keep the US dollar as strong as possible otherwise China is not going to continue buying its bonds.

It is too late for the United States to get out of the debts crisis. And it is too late for China to change its export-oriented economy. Now it is time to build a new relationship of economical cooperation between China and the United States. On the contrary, China should develop its domestic needs and boost its domestic consumers' needs. To do that China needs to spend more money on building a better social security system. With a better social security system, Chinese people can live in a better condition and feel better about their future. Subsequently they are more willing to spend. 中国还应该利用此绝佳良机健全社会制度，法律制度。以此达到实现社会有序，可持续发展的战略目的。United State should try to learn how to use less their credits and avoid excessing expenditure over revenue which means to reduce its high fiscal deficit. It is time for them to learn how to tight their purse and live in frugally.

这个世界真是发展的有点意思了。不过个人觉得中欧关系发展的比中美更危机。欧洲现在不吊中国，货币狂贬值，导致今年中欧的贸易逆差肯定会大大缩小。
